Cancellation policy
These standard conditions apply to new direct bookings when agreed before the contract is concluded. Expressly agreed special rates and booking-platform conditions take precedence. Existing bookings retain their agreed conditions.
Cancellation before arrival
Charges are calculated on the total agreed price of the booked stay.

Months mean calendar months, not fixed 30-day periods. Notice must arrive by midnight on the final day of the deadline.
No-show and late arrival
Unless a later arrival is agreed, the obligation to accommodate ends at 6 pm on the arrival date. With a deposit, the room remains reserved until noon the next day; with prepayment for more than four days, until 6 pm on day four, counting arrival day, unless a later arrival is communicated. Please tell us if you are delayed.
Payment for no-show or early departure
There is no automatic flat 100% charge. If the agreed service remains available but is not used for personal reasons, payment may remain due under section 1107 ABGB. Saved expenses and benefits obtained from other use of the room are deducted. Agreed exceptions and statutory exemptions remain applicable. Charges depend on the individual case; the cancellation table is not automatically applied.
Exceptional travel disruption
If unforeseeable extraordinary events prevent all means of arrival, AGBH 5.7/5.8 waive payment for the affected arrival days. If arrival becomes possible within three days, the payment obligation resumes from that point.
